I'd say yes.  Softies are known to be pretty bad for releasing toxins.  Others might have actual experience of mushrooms and SPS - which I don't.

my monti plate seems to burn the tips of my devils finger softie, don't know why but it pisses it off in seconds of touching and then doesn't come out for weeks lol Thought it would of been the other way round but meh!

A mushroom will batter an SPS no issues at all they pack one hell of a punch !!

Moved the monti.It was only one that survived when it all went tits,aint losing it.
