I have always been a bit of a zoa fan and this new tank will have a few. Started up stocking on the frag rack.
Any other zoa lovers here?

Only a few on my rack so far but its a start  8D

Lookin nice guys! I seem to be struggling with zoas atm. Any new ones I've added have died off. All the others that have been in for a long time r ok but any new additions seem to bubble up and die. Any ideas

You probably know this mate but I personally never buy anything on a new plug, For me that's across the board, softies, lps or sps.I want to see they are healed and spreading out. Unfortunately and with the ridiculous nature of the so called designer zoas a lot of people are exploiting certain strains for financial gain. Atleast if they are healed for a few weeks you have a chance of them surviving in your system. That's just my opinion.  ;)

Thanks:

It makes sense to be fair. From the one shop I had some from none have survived and the others from a different shop have. He is also regularly chipping things up to maximise individual polyps for selling on. Will avoid the new plug syndrome
