Good Afternoon all, something for you to laugh or cry at......either way won't change what happened but you might be able to help the outcome.
Yesterday I introduced 2 Star Polyp frags to my tank. After acclimation I glued them to one of my rocks. After putting the rock back in with glued frags I switched the lights off to allow them to settle in to their new surroundings along with 3 new small cleaner shrimp and a shrimp goby.
When I came in to my lounge late morning I noticed that the star polyps were sprouting from the underside of both frags slightly. Horror of horrors I realised that I'd stuck the bloody things on upside down! However they were still sprouting. Now what should I do? If I don't turn them over some how will they not affix themselves to the rock? Should I cut the looser parts off and re home those? Aaaargh what an idiot! Also absolutely no sign of any of the shrimp or goby. The goby hid from the moment I put him in to be honest. Any help greatly appreciated!

Haha, nightmare!

Can you remove the frag without tearing it up?

I glued a Zoa polyp by the mouth to the plug. It lived and still popped out heads. Should be fine
