My leather coral has started looking fluffy. Does anyone have any ideas why?

I tested my tank levels yesterday...
Mag - 1170
Calcium - 370
Kh - 9.6
Salinity - 1.025
Ph - 8.0
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 0

Leathers do strip their outer layer sometimes, but that looks bleached and unhappy.  Is it new?
