Is there any particular softies you would recommend for a beginner? Other than the zoa hitchhikers I've currently got that is...  ;D

Xenia, is bullet proof, and fascinating, as it pulses it's little hands. :D

Also, most leather corals are very hardy too, and don't require much lighting.

In a new tank you need to consider 3 things, lighting intensity, tank maturity and water conditions. Leathers, Xenia, and mushroom corals are all pretty low light requirements, medium light requirements and pretty hardy with new immature water conditions.

You seen my video of my Xenia from January? I've got about 4 large bushes now, and several smaller clusters.

What time about? I'm not sure if Andrea is going to spring some surprise outing on me, but assuming not, I should be able to come over, yeah, let me know what time window is best for you.

I got some green star polyps, and some mushrooms as my first (only) softies.  They're doing well after a couple of months now.

What about daisy coral? I dislike xenia cause it's like weed.  Don't get me wrong, great coral to start. But it soon starts to take over, so you end up just ripping chunks out and throwing it.
Another coral, what about rics
I should really sort this out!!
