Great stuff Jordan.  I'm just the same when I'm anywhere near the sea.  Splashing around in rock pools searching for life.  I love it.

The algae/sponge at the end could be a form on Codium algae
Gobies - The one with the stripe looks like this one:
Gobies - Gobiidae

“Hello ReefBase” live from Zanzibar! Excellent.  8D *D

The chaeto is paler because it’s getting far more light. So doesn’t need as much chlorophyll to get the food it needs. Chlorophyll is what makes plants green. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chlorophyll
