Not sure it is, I had that not so long ago and it didn't look like this, this seems like its got like 'petals' in it

One of the best things to do is add 3 or 4 trochus snails to the tank ,
They will munch it quite happily amongst other algae ,
Great addition to any tank , a must to add to the clean up crew IMO.
