I have softies and LPS, no SPS.  My flow is 50 x volume, but as it's wave makers providing most of it, it will be less than that in reality.  Works for me.

Also looks like I flipped the tank! Weird as it was the right way up when I attached the photo?!!

It has gone now but looking through the threads I have just seen the same photo on the first post of "Vins TMC 900". It was showing at the bottom of my pics. Weird!

Having seen these, anthias might be a go for me.

I love the markings on the Lyretails and they fill out the tank a bit. They are also quite funny the way they perch themselves on the rocks sometimes, usually when sleeping.
