I’ve had the Juwel Rio 240 led running for a year now. I didn’t research enough before my purchase and placed it on a cabinet with no room for a sump. This means some of the display is taken up with hardware.
The live rock is teeming with critters which I love. Coralline has not really taken off yet but I’ll give it more time. New frags and algae’s arrive in the morning so I’m excited about that.
Researching a few different fish to add some colour over the next few months.

And from the other side...... I have my face glued to it in the evenings waiting for the peppermints to come out and feed. Spot something new growing literally every few days.

Chromis eat their own hatchlings before I can run to get my fry net.

I’ll dip the frags tomorrow then quarantine.
New wave maker comes in a few days, then I’ll place the algae’s in once I have the flow right.

Next is to upgrade the power head in the filter.

Then BTA and a few clowns plus a Royal Gramma.

Then something special... not yet sure what that will be yet

Thank guys, just taking it slow and being patient so I research compatibility / reef safety etc.
I don’t want to fill it then suddenly come across the “Must have” fish.

I should be mad with the destruction caused by this urchin but I love the tuxedo so how could I?!
