sump assembled.. i think ive got it nailed? Made a bit of a mess with the sealer tho.. any suggestions on a safe removal method? Ive scraped what i can of with a blade.

You need a milling machine!  Where are you in the country? (I've got one)

Im in hastings.. i work with metal, got all the kit but no mill : ( so im drilling and using a cutting disc not fun!

Weve got a 4kw laser that should do the job but previous atempts have failed.. the tec table is a tricky 1 to get right on r old kit  ( or so the monkey button pusher says? ) Thanks for the offer i will perservere the tears that have gone into this build will hopefully make it sweater : )

Tanks home now... direct feed from household cu in place. Next step clean the grub from the tanks and do a wet test. Eek!! Starting to think my choice of return pump may be under rated?
