Hi, buddy.

Welcome to ReefBase.

That's looking great so far, but that single drain must be noisy? While you were drilling, that's the perfect opportunity to do a proper twin standpipe system. You might get problems with that set up.

Hi. Thanks for your inputs. Any help is welcome as this is my first marine so still learning :)
To answer your question. It has a air inlet behind the tank so it can suck in air to stop the gurgling noise and yes i wish i had drilled 2holes but as its my first tank i wasn't aware of the problems 1 drain systems have. Ow well we live and learn :)

Welcome!

How hard would it be to empty and drill another hole?  I'm guessing a massive pain in the arse.

Still, good to see this taking shape.  Shout up with questions and we'll do our best to help out.  And, keep posting updates on your progress.
