Was quite funny to watch him actually,I was sitting at the table having me cuppa then I just happened to look at the tank and see his little head poking out as if to see if the coast was clear then went back then came out like a bolt of lightning . lol lol
Well that's saved me putting me speedos on and a call to the fire brigade  lol lol lol lol
So happy now I feel chuffed to bits .

Got a lot of hair algae which is normal really for new setup so I've just put a conch snail in for that so that's taking care of that ,I bought a pack of copepod and poured that into the tank aswell .so that's some food for Doug to hunt around for I do have frozen but will just stick with the copepod for now until he's out more ,if he's out I will drop a bit of frozen in for him ,
I've called the conch     Henry     Because he reminds me of a Henry Hoover a bit   lol lol
So to recap
I've got Doug and Henry so far  lol lol
It's a start  lol lol

Lfs where I got Doug from said for him to disappear and start coming out already is a good sign that he's happy in his new home usually they would take about 5 days to week to start coming out so that's good news .
The more he comes out the longer he will stay out .
Go Doug , go Doug  lol lol
Henry  should be safe with him as they are the only 2 things in the tank and there's so much room to move about .
Shame can't have a pleco in the tank that would look quite smart .

Been running the tank now for about 3 weeks using just the sponges ,bio boost ,etc .i wanted to do it this way to help build bacteria quicker ,sounds daft I know but it works for me ,
I've added the cirax basket and the carbax basket now did that yesterday lovely clean spotless water looking at it this morning ,
Henry doing well moving all round the tank so he's happy ,
Not seen Doug this morning yet think he forgot to set his alarm   lol lol
It's all coming together nicely now .temp is a stable 78 will do a water test later to check that .
Now looking to start decorating the the tank with some corals ,nice Kenyan tree top of the list first I do like them ,zoas are doing fine ,
Still no aptaisia yet thank god so been lucky so far .
