Hi picked up the tank yesterday and am filling slowly today hope to get it filled by tonight and then add some rock from my xl425
Plus some biohome media and seachem stability then I will leave it running like that as I am away till Friday. Will get the missus to put a drop of seachem stability in each day to get the bacteria boosted.

Hi on holiday back Saturday will be fitting a Mars aqua 165 on it as I have not been able to get the led lights in the hood working. It's been running a couple of weeks now with some liverock and redsea live sand but nitrates have risen to around 50ppm so will do a waterchange Sunday. Hopefully I will be able to add corals and fish from my xl425 in the next week.
Stock will be
A starry blenny
A flame angel
Humbug
Shrimp and goby pair
2 fire shrimp
A cleaner shrimp
Snails
Hermits
A strawberry conch
A urchin
3 Brittle stars

Is this in addition to your other tank, or are you moving everything over?

Yeh I, m closing the xl425 and selling as we are now planning to move next year. If I keep it I will be tempted to keep buying stuff for it so thought I would sell it on now. But quite excited about trying a nano

Hi transferred all my livestock over but sadly got up this morning and Flame angel was dead. Everything else are fine so I decided to add the clowns which I was going to sell

Tank is looking really nice , How does your bubbletip get on with the rest of your corals , have you much bother with wandering and stinging other corals etc

Mines split into 3 but they seem to have stayed away from other corals so no problems.
