Hi here's my 24x18x13h tank run with 2 seachem tidal hangon filters
A 110 and a 35
Also 2 rw wavemakers alternating the flow
1 300 watt heater with a heater controller and fan
A Mars aqua 165 watt led light
The rock is live had it years in various tanks

What have you go in the two Tidal filters?

Thanks, yes I would like some Gorgonians I like the bushier type thicker ones, in the 110 filter is filter floss and a big bag of siporax and I the 35 is carbon, purigen and the original sponge
Nitrates are around 5ppm
Phosphate 0.075
Alk is 7.7

Your title made me LOL @fishface  lol “a budget reef”  lol does such a thing exist?  :scared:

It’s nice what you’ve created though. I like tanks with a bit of macro algae too.

Yeh I know what you mean Mike no reefing is cheap as such but just trying to run this tank on basic equipment and see how it goes, u can spend a fortune on gadgets that are often not necessary but I like to run things simple, I normally have tanks with sumps with refugium and skimmer but thought I would try a sumpless tank,
