Hiya people of the reef!..
Its been such a nice welcombe to the site after my intro entry. Iv won my somewhat better half round to the Idea of letting me spend more money and set up my 4' Tank but she has one stipulation and that is for a Smaller Aquarium for her stocked with only shrimp/Crabs.
I will mostlikely still run it as a sumped tank or at least a canister filter.

Any advice on size Aquarium or stocking?

How small?
5 Gallons, Porcelain Crab and 3-5 sexy shrimp, zoas, rics, RFAs, gorgonians would look nice

Im looking at around 24"x24"x15" Not sure on water volum it would give of the top of my head Im liking the sound of that stocking range!

130L/ 33G ish. Is that the small tank?

I had a sexy trio in a 2.5G/12L and they could be hard to spot

Thats fair if i recall right they grow to a max of around 3-4"?

ah yes thats likely the case.. hmm I could save some money then and give her a nice little desk top rather than a full aquarium (more for mine) :).. when you kept them in your 5Gal what system did you have in place for them?

Very budget. Ciano LED 20 from pets at home. 450 LPH HOB from amazon, 25w heater in HOB. Similar to my current cube build.

Asta 20 LED light

Had Zoas, Palys, LPS etc. Sexy Shrimp, CuC, Trimma Cana nano Goby
