Is this white spot (ICH)?

Hello Everyone,

My regal has a white dot on her can anyone tell me if this is white spot please, none of my other 5 fish have any spots on them.

If this is Ich what's the cure  :s

Looks like a stress spot.  Is it new?

Stress spots look like the pigment has disappeared from small areas:

Looking again, there look to be some small raised bumps, which don't look like whitespot, as that tends to be very small spots (pin head sized), like this:

...although it's possible, so keep a close eye.  They will multiply quickly with whitespot, then suddenly drop off.  That does not mean it's gone!  It does this, breeds, then comes back in greater numbers.  The stress spots could be caused by the ich (if it is that).

Another possibility of the raised bumps is lymphocystis (common, and caused by poor water parameters).  It will clear on its own with good water quality:
