Hmmm not good customer service at all was it.

Yer calcium is fine at 440 surely?
It's only KH that's outside the limits really, but I'm aiming for higher values is all.

My results are in   Most elements are within the 'green' range, meaning they're pretty much spot on.  Got a couple in 'amber', so need to take a look at those in more detail.  Pretty happy with that considering I've done one 25% water change in just over 2 years!  Point proven I think

I've attached the full results for you to see.

Very interesting. Fun seeing how many of the elements I knew from their abbreviations.

So, my results are:
Nitrate 0
SG 1.026
pH 8.2
PO4 0.026
Ca 440
KH/Alk 6.7
Mg 1260
Triton results for the elements that I can compare are:
PO4 0.041 = higher than I measured it.  That I can believe, as I find it really hard to see the colours on the D-D test (I'm colour blind, so struggle with some colours).  I also have a bit of algae growth, and with NO3 at 0, I'd put money on the phosphate being the food source.  Time to refill my phosphate reactor with some fresh RowaPhos.
Ca 452.8 = higher than I measured it.  I noticed that they are aiming for 440, which I wanted to get a bit above.  Still within a healthy range.
Mg 1388 = higher than I measured it.  They have their ideal set to 1370, so I'm pretty good there.

Overall, very happy

Very interesting.
Thats amazing that you can have levels like that without water changes!
I'm going to have to look more closely at the prospect of not changing 20l a week on my system.

All going well now.  Pretty confident it was all coincidence, and not one underlying issue.
