Good evening

I have recently purchased a yellow tang and after a day of being in my tank I noticed little white spots, in fear of it being ich i QT the tang and began treatment. He is now nearly two weeks in but I have noticed the little white spots have gone fluffy and I’m not confident anymore this is ich. He has one on the left side of his head and one on the left fin. Any advice would be great!

Sorry the pictures aren’t great but he is extremely camera shy.

Also to note

No signs of rubbing or itching and until he went in the QT tank he was eating well. He is still eating but not as much currently but this could be stress related.

Thanks in advance!
