Went away for 2 days and came back to see my Flame Angel that I have had for about 5 months looking like this??  Not a great picture but it looks like it has scraped the top of his back or is this fin rot?  I lost quite a few fish about 5 weeks ago but the rest have been ok since (I still have my clown in the hospital tank where he was treated with copper and was about to put him back in main tank but not sure what to do now) ?  Pic not great as he won't stay still!!

Anyone?  I have treated the whole tank with NTlabs antibacterial.  He is swimming round fine and eating so quite happy in himself - just not sure if there is anything else I can do for him?  Also is it likely to be an injury - in which case I will re-introduce my clown to the tank - or something else?

Hi Debbie , not sure if it's fin rot , fin rot in my experience normally eats the spines too where as your FA still seem in tact ,  could be an injury or something internal bacterial , which you've dosed for anyway . Keep an eye on it and make sure it keeps eating . Hopefully someone that knows a bit more than me will add their experience .

Thanks:

Hi Debbie, did you treat the whole tank with this antibacterial stuff? Would this also kill the bacteria on your live rock as well?

I treated the clown in the hospital tank with a copper treatment and the rest with a reef safe treatment in the tank so I assume not?

If it is used to kill bacteria, I'd be worried ... (In my opinion)
