If it were me, I'd use Chloroquine phosphate and just chuck some of your liverock in with some new saltwater a heater and a pump, and away you go.

Thanks:

Thanks @Marty - how do I know how to dose that though?  I was also looking at NT Labs Anti Parasite - have you used that?

Myself personally would not put anything like that in my DT as you just don't really know what collateral damage it could do.

If that was velvet I would of expected them to be dead by now as that diesese takes no prisoners and wipes a tank out fast.

I'm unsure of the dose needed having never used it maybe HK knows or have a Google for the information

not putting in DT - setting up hospital tank today - I don't understand how he is still going either - have lost at least 7 other fish in the last 4 weeks though - it seems most of my oldest fish have survived - 1 clown, regal tang, 4 green chromis, flame angel, dwarf cherub and a wrass - apart from the clown none of these remaining fish seem infected.  At first it just looked like all the tiny "bits" from the water were sticking to him and he almost looks like he has a fur.  Just hoping the move to a hospital tank won't stress her and finish her off but I can't risk the others or any new fish getting it

I hope it goes well for you then it's a waiting game on the DT then if someone could come up with a 100% reef safe cure they would become a millionaire overnight
