Hey guys,

Need some advice I’m thinking invested into some  4 tube T5’s lighting, having previously owning a juwel lido 120 with T5’s tubes (converted into marine) had amazing growth, I then upgraded my tank aswell as a mars aqua 300w led light upgrade but I haven’t seen anywhere near the same growth as before. What are your opinions on the lighting choices? (Selling the mars aqua but wondered if to look for T5’s or LED’s

If I could choose my lights again knowing what I know now, I would get a hybrid.

On my next tank I'm definitely thinking about T5 to supplement the LEDs.  I've got a real problem with shadowing now that my corals have grown in a little bit.   T5s just seem to distribute the light a lot better.

I think the new Radion diffuser is supposed to really good though for that, it's just those lights are a lotta dosh.
