I have a little 50cmx25cmx27cm, 33L tank I'm using for coral/invert quarantine. The light I had is dead. So, what would you recommend? It needs to keep LPS/SPS alive for at least 12 weeks.

Open to T5s (struggling to find one small enough) or LEDs. Fluval LEDs any good?

My money-no-object choice would be a Prime HD,  however a much cheaper option is using a PAR38 bulb in a desk lamp (non dimmable though).

PAR38 is what I had.  I think I'll end up doing a direct replacement.  I can't justify the cost of more expensive options for a QT.

Do you mean the tank?  I run two heaters, connected to a temp controller, an Eheim streamon powerhead, auto aqua micro ATU, sand and liverock.  That's it.  Coral and inverts go in for 12 weeks, then into the DT.

No. No issues with it at all. Seems to work well.  I got it second hand, and it started to flicker, so I decided to get a new one.  Embarrassingly,  it seems it just unscrewed itself a little - can't believe I didn't check that!  Now I have a spare  :o
