I use 'blue light filter pro' app for android for my pics on phone You can change the lens colour and intensity of the filter .

Avoid physical filters, they block out light to your camera, and that means it'll use a higher ISO value (amplification of photons) to expose the shot properly which means it'll be a noisy photo.

If you want to change the white balance (which is what the sunglasses are doing, among other things), you can do that in post production by editing the photo. If you've an iPhone  you can get apps that can take a raw photo, those are huge file size, but contain all the data the sensor captured. You can really go to town editing those as there's a huge amount of data available in the file.

@amber3cat you don't need it. It's built in.

Tap edit on a photo, then expand the colour panel, it'll give you a "cast" option, that's white balance. Try that. :)
