Yes the numbers change between each element, and ofcourse the ammount per 1L of water is different for each.
I mixed mine up into 250ml dosing bottles ( with 5ml markings on the neck ) to make it easier to manually dose.

Do you dose anything for trace elements?
No.  My previous tank I had for 2 years with no water changes, and then did an IPC test and it all came back fine.  I've read a few articles that pretty much say you add trace elements through the food you add, so no need.  I've been very careful with the DSB, so hopefully it will all work as an ecosystem.  I only dose Cal, Alk, Mag, and not very often as I have softies now.  I'm planning to try some LPS, but I recon my angel will much them, so not holding out too much hope.
