water changes and Anemones

When i do a 20% water change in my nano,the water level will go below my 2 Anemones it also goes below some Zoanthids Will being out the water for say 10mins hurt my Anemones

Nem don’t like being out of the water and you should try to avoid.
They will move down by themselves if the water level drops slowly, maybe that works?

Smaller water changes?
Do not mock the snake because it has no horns.For who is to say that one day it may become a dragon,as one just man may become an army...Water Margin.

I have thought about smaller water changes, but the one anemone is very close to the surface making that not viable.

I often have the same issue - as mentioned as long as the level doesn't drop too quickly then will move down of their own accord to stay covered and if they are partially out of the water for a very short period as they make their move it doesn't seem to cause too much of an issue (from personal experience anyway! (In this current hot spell mine has moved right up into the top corner and is sometimes even taking itself slightly above the normal water level!)
