Also, speaking of salt, I’ve mentioned in another thread before that I really do have a huge allergy (?) to the salt water!

I’m used to my normal flare ups but the last time my skin got this painful was from a prickly heat in Greece.

It feels like hundreds of tiny shards of glass stabbing/slicing into my skin whenever the salt or water gets on me.

I’m def going to order some long calving type gloves, but I’d be interested if anyone else gets this reaction and if changing salt brands or RO source affects it?

I remember the first time I encountered marine aquariums I never had this issue (in fact, I found the water quite soothing) until after several weeks of working in them it suddenly started happening.

Yeah Brecon is lovely.
My Dad's side of the family is from the North, Cwm Penmachno near Llandudno, Snowdonia etc.  I go mountain biking up there sometimes, and take a look at his old home...no joke it's still like something from 200 years ago. Still has the outside loo etc! Stunning place though. It's getting modernised quite a bit now from the tourism i think, which is kindof a shame in a way.
