Anyone here using it? I have been looking for an alternative to gfo for ages. I have put it on the tank this week and dosing daily. As I work away from home every week I hope it will take some of the maintenance of doing the phosphate reactor.

if you have experience of this product It would be nice to hear  ;)

Not that brand, but I've used Lanthanum Chloride before. It's VERY effective, but you have to be careful to catch the floculant, as it can clog up the fishes gills and suffocate them.

I run filter socks and my skimmer is in the first chamber so hope that will help. To be honest i am only running half dose 3ml a day. I tested yesterday, day one and got 0.03, tested today and got 0.00

I was hoping to keep it stable at 0.03 rather than reduce. Im away working now till Monday so will see what the reading is Monday and get the missus to keep eyes on the fish. It may be i only need to dose a couple of times a week...
