Yeah I've sold a few handfuls for a fiver, but just give it away to anyone on the forum/anyone I know.

Rob (T-Bone Tyrone) is keen on sending it on now too.

Yup! But I'll get two ebay sized clumps or one reefbase sized clump! I have to split it, so I'll sell it and offer again when it's ready.
I should really sort this out!!

I have been looking Chaetomorpha on eBay, but unsure whether or not I want to buy it. I want to start growing ASAP in my sump as yourselves recommended it on my tank thread  lol

Cheato is worth it if you have the space, you'll need a light for it, but that's it.
I'm sure if any one has any spare they'll help out, does any one have any?

Thanks, any particular light? Can a normal sort of desk lamp light be used, or a specific one needed?

You need a warm light, a CFL or LED will be best.

I have it growing like a weed and took half to LFS one may have to get on ebay haha

Unless he is out of stock and just raised it to £99 to keep the add active ect as no one would surely pay that !!!

As Marty has said he will have increased the price so no one will buy it as it saves him fees on relisting.

But the amount you get for whatever price is only a very small amount by the looks of it.

Yeah sellers do that.  Sometimes you'll see a box of paper clips for £99 instead of 99p as it keeps their ad active while they're out of stock so they don't pay extra fees. Plus if people have backlinked to it, the links won't be broken.

Ah, cross posted.

You don't need a lot to get going, just a tennis ball size will do the job.  It grows fast in the right conditions.  Within a week or two, a tennis ball will become a basket ball.
