Phew is it hot or what ,
My tank has a closed lid system ,
Watched the temp go up this morning , can’t have open top because of the wrasse and fire fish ,
So took the lids off went to my lfs and treated myself to a jump guard , now I can have the open top tank without the worry ,
Also picked up another red flat plate rock , couldn’t  resist  it , so plonked it in for now while I decide what I’m going to do . Lol
Well impressed with the jump guard though , should have got one earlier ,

Jump guard looks great, nice job.  Lights look good on there as well.

Get that monty up a bit higher when you've decided how you're having the rockwork  8D

Here’s a picture in daylight of the new jump guard , looks so much better than the original closed lid , well chuffed .
I’ve glued the monty to a piece of coral for now and moved it over to the right more for now ,
New rock not sure what or where to put that so dumped it basically ,  funny thing is I quite like it where I dumped it at the mo .
We will see .

So monty needs to be a bit higher then than it is .
Not kept one before so don’t know , just fancied something different in the tank .

Tank is Slowly taking shape now , once I can get the corals in a happy place then it’s TIME ………….
TIME for a couple of fish .
Thinking 3 or 4 blue/green chromis for a shoaling effect .
Defo thinking of another cleaner shrimp to give the one I’ve got a buddy as well .

Got it ,
If I move the pussy coral far left of the sloped ledge I could put the monty where the pussy coral was .
What you think .
