Florescent fish poo

My yellow Tang poops out florescent yellow green 💩 , it's the only fish in the tank that poops this colour and has done so since I've bought it , I'm not aware of any nippped corals etc , this being the only florescent things in the tank I could think of .
Any thoughts on what may be causing this ?

I do use a little flake , but they are red , I'm not entirely sure if it's food oriented , as it seems to poo that colour regardless of diet ....

Bacterial infection maybe?  Maybe it's just scraping green cyano, or some other bright green algae off the rocks.
