I have a glass pipette/turkey baster like this

I use that for most things, but I also chopped the end off a plastic pipette and slid it over the end of the glass pipette to extend the reach.  It narrows the tip significantly, so larger foods like mysis can get stuck, but I trimmed that back a little too and seems to work well now.  Coral foods tend to be tiny anyway, so not often an issue.

mine bite me too ,they double you size and it hurts after a while when cleaning the back glass . Don't like them very much ,they are very greedy and keep pecking at the surface making an irritating noise .

My Oscars used to bite me , especially when doing water changes . They would charge up the tank and take a bite at the side of my arm , sometimes lightly bruising and cutting it .
