Anyone know how to get these guys eating?

I've tried "Ocean Nutrition Green Algae Seaweed" elastic banded to a rock,  the purple/red nori as well.  Doesn't seem to eat either of them.
Also tried frozen, various flakes, algae wafers, rocks covered in algae.

Doesn't seem to touch anything except occasionally I've seen him peck at the algae on the glass.

I'm getting a bit worried as I've had him two weeks now, he surely must be starving.  🤷‍♂️

Would that be in flakes?

You can get it in a few forms. There is ome that comes in little tablet/pellet form that you stick to the glass

Thanks:

Is it a sandsifter? Could pellets work if you can ‘seed’ them on sand near him?

Not especially, they can sift sand but usually scrape at rocks and stuff.  But people seem to be saying they will eat anything (mysis, flakes etc) and are usually very greedy 🤷‍♂️
