Hi all, I think this is the right place to ask, I’m trying to frag some corals (I.e pulsing Xenia, mushroom, Kenya tree) I’m having trouble getting them to stick onto the frag plug, it sticks for roughly half a day then I find it fallen off floating around the sand bed, I’ve used several glues and the last one is the Lockette Gel superglue that I read is the best for this, any idea how to stop them falling off and to get them sticking firmly?

Many thanks

Mushrooms walk and like to self adhere. Put the loose half of a fragged shroom in a little pot of rubble and it will stick all in its own.

+1 for the Kenya tree.  Pop it in some rubble.  Will generally stick to anything after a day or so.

How long can corals roughly stay out of water for and also how long can they stay in a still pot without flow and lighting?

can you not just put the pot in the bottom of the tank.  I have a small tupperware one of around 4" diameter that i stole from wife.

Yeah I did the same, wife wasn't too happy.  I used some of that red netting stuff from when you buy oranges to stop the frag floating out.
