Whilst waiting for my reef tank delivery... I rescaped my shrimp tank after collecting some rock locally... I had been thinking of doing some kind of river theme for a while - I guess this is a cross between river and Aquascape... I went for the go big or go home approach lol... photo below.

Tank had only just been filled when the photo was taken so there’s still a bit of cloudiness and to be honest I’ve spotted some improvements to make since I’ve been able to look at the photo but... here you go!
That rock on the right is weirdly satisfying to look at, I love it!

Thanks Livvie - that’s actually Dwarf Sag rather than Val. Fits this little tank perfectly  8D

I’ve also trimmed val and had it growing almost uncontrollably, however one day I accidentally overdosed liquid co2 and lost the whole lot there and then.  :O
Bossed freshwater planted tanks so making the move...

A few of the peeps who keep marines in my local town I met have created marine Paludarium's. What do you think of them? Have you designed any?

Drop us some photos! I’m keen to see what they’ve done - my first thought beyond how to split fresh and saltwater would be lighting - no blue lights there I would hope!
