Hi I'm thinking of getting a uv sterilizer for my 500lt marine tank.
What have you guys got?
What should I avoid?

Thanks In advance

I have a TMC vecton 400, works really well as I’ve had no nasties in the tank since. I can’t really give advice on what not to use but it’s always good to know what your return pumps flow rate is. If your looking to kill parasites you want a slower flow than you would for controlling algea.

I use a  troptronic uv, the D&D ones are very good as well. The important thing is to get the flow rate to what the manufacturer states to get the most out of it.
