Regarding the thread of fish who are suspect wanting to commit suicide. Does anyone have a mesh net on their tank? I have seen a few I LFS but wondered if they reduce the light intensity getting to the corals below, do you need to adjust your lighting in order to compensate, are there any other negatives?

I am thinking of getting a "suicide" fish at a later date and wondered( I presume this is an effective method)  re the above.

If it's these you have seen they are supposedly pretty good. I'm going to get one.

There are thin white mesh nets you can use, and they don't really cut the light out as they cover such a tiny percentage of the surface overall.

Some use white egg crate but that's much uglier and more obtrusive.

Can anyone see the 150cm on the above link? I can't see it although it's mentioned further down the page.

Nope, it's not there in the drop down. Maybe contact the seller?
