Just a quick note

Where is the best place to locate the  scrubber?
At present I have 3 chambers in my sump the first being for the return and skimmer the second having the heaters in and the last containing the pump and auto topup  reservoir

The second partition would be th obvious place bit it isn't very big. Can someone advise

Thanks

Not my area of expertise, you will want the output as close to the last chamber so you get the nice cleaned water going back to the display.

You want it as close to the drain as you can, if possible feed the drain into the scrubber.

Thanks for the info peeps

Last question my water drops a few feet fro head to filter bag and then into the first container which houses the skimmer. There is kit a great deal of room to be able to divert the water from the 2 inch  diameter pipe

Although not ideal would I be better placing inside the main tank?

nope. nothing stopping you putting the scrubber in any of the compartments, just more ideal to be closer to the drain than the return :)
