DD Pro Reef style weir

Does anyone on here have the DD Reef Pro or Pro Reef however it is named?
I am thinking of doing my new tank in the same way with the weir in the corner disappearing towards the centre of the tank. Any thoughts?

That's an interesting weir design. Gets rid of the big stuck out sharp edge of a rectangular one I guess. I don't know why it has to be so long though, why not a shorter bevel?

Maybe central weirs would look good with beveled sides too.

I got up close to one of these in Maidenhead Aquatics @ Wakefield and it has a herbie type overflow arrangement with a trickle going down the emergency pipe. It was totally silent.
The sump set up was really quiet too even with the TMC pump and skimmer they had running on it..

The weir comb is a clever design too giving 50% more flow for a given length. The great thing is these can be purchased separately (for DIY projects or an addition to most tanks...
