Can I get some recommendations for a calcium additive.

I have been using kalkwasser and water changes to increase Alk and calcium up to now but rescently it is struggling to keep my calcium up without the alk being too high.

Hi bioaquatek do all the different salts that you can mix yourself at a fraction of the price, then add the fauna Marine elements to your alk, cal and mag for a complete package. Or there’s ati essentials or triton if you want to try to cut out water changes.

Aside from being overpriced, do you have any opinions on the Red Sea foundation products (powders not premixed)?

I used the A/B/C powders, seemed good enough for me to keep using :)

I havnt used it but apart from the price it offers more than just alk, cal and mag.
Mixed in a balanced amount you also have iodine, potassium, bromine and strontium. So that covers some of the building blocks needed for skeletal growth.
