What equipment and stocking

Got a 150 gallon us I.e 5x2x2 I M in the U.K. and was wandering what equipment to use and possible stocking. Have not got a sump and it's currently a fw ores tank

The best approach is the drill it and add a sump.  You've then got much better options for equipment like skimmers, and media reactors.  Search for drilling on here and you'll find some other threads discussing it - not as bad as you'd think.

Lighting - go with LEDs.  Maxspect Razors would be my top choice, but depends of your budget.  Again, put that name in the search and you'll find a load of discussions on LEDs and Maxspects to have a browse through.

Powerheads - for flow in the main tank, you want between 30-50 times the tank volume.  Have a look at Fishstreet.com and the Jecod powerheads.
