Na, to me that looks like the fronds (if that's the word?) of caulpera. I got some in my display and it was an absolute nightmare to get rid of.

Just going back to the light colours,  do corals need the blue spectrum to grow,  or can I turn blues down pretty low and everything still be tickety boo?
