Ok, dumb question here have this in my tank and to be honest I don't or can't remember what it is Also it looks bleached ?

I assume  that this is due to too much light, if someone could  identify this  and perhaps suggest  a better place in my tank, at the moment it is probably 5" below the surface

Last but not least is their any hope for it? I must admit it has grown and I have seen new  stems form but always seem to be white and don't colour

Thanks to anyone who can help

Hi it looks like a type of acropora, not sure what type from that pic.

Too much light can cause bleaching but so can chemistry swings but most importantly temperature swings, have you had any temperature swings?

Does it still show polyp extension?
