Can anyone help identify what this white stuff on my live rock is and what his new growing plant thing is??

Being new to this hobby I am googling but getting nowhere

The white stuff looks like sponge to me and the last picture is also a harmless filter feeder quick look I thought aptasia but it isn't looks like a feather duster worm
