The anemone is a Heteractis Magnifica. A very healthy looking one.
Anemones in general aren't for new tanks, and the Magnifica isn't one of the easiest, which would be a bubble tip or the little mini-maxi carpet anemone variants.
It needs to get anchored into some rock long term, but be massively cautious of it detaching from the glass and drifting, as it'll end up in a powerhead. Don't move it manually, but I'd try putting a trail of rocks from the glass to the scape. If it wants to move, it'll have solid ground to do so.
I don't think your tank is ready for it, but all the best with it.
What is the lighting btw? It looks bright, but H.Magnifica do need some watts. That purplish brown colour it has is what shows it's health.
