Ok so i read somewhere that if you have your chaeto light on when your main tank light is off, and your chaeto light off when main light is on this will help keep the PH up and steady???
Is keeping the PH up 24/7 good? Or is it better having it rise and fall during the day and night time???
Whats better???
All advice and comments welcome  lol

Keeping it constant is better, in the ocean you don’t get fluctuations as it’s not a closed system like are aquariums. Like any fluctuation it’s not good for corals and inverts. Also when the lights go of the o2 goes down but your fish are still breathing producing co2 dropping the o2 more.
